Planning Rationale: Individual Site Assessment and Zoning Review

This assessment required the existing in-force land use regulations for a given site including Provincial policies, municipal OP policies, zoning regulations, minor variance approvals and other potential issues (i.e. heritage, conservation, etc.) for a given site. An assessment of the as-of-right permissions for the site and a brief discussion of the highest and best use for the site were to be included.
